Exploring new ideas and discussing possibilities has been taken to another level with the design capabilities and technical expertise of RH+ARCH

Owners of existing commercial and potential real estate investment properties come to us for help early on in the decision-making process. By performing simple on-site verification studies and combining available information we will be able to quickly evaluate a new building construction, as well as upgrade and renovation, potential for retail, office, commercial, and residential projects. We are then able to translate that evaluation into scaled plan and three-dimensional graphics. The resulting design studies are invaluable to our clients' analyzing possibilities, marketing tools, and budget construction costs before commitments are made.

Using the current three-dimensional modeling software programs, as well as physical scaled models, the design is able to come alive in real-time as the program and project grow

Planning

The design and construction process moves progressively from general to specific. Information continues to compile on previous decisions until all outstanding choices are finalized. This allows the budget to redefine itself as the project information develops.
