Scope
New ground up construction
Blazer Heating and Cooling’s commitment to excellence is now boldly reflected in its new headquarters—a striking 6,300-square-foot, ground-up facility that redefines the standard for HVAC operational spaces. Designed as a two-story blend of modern efficiency and architectural sophistication, the new structure embodies both the company’s forward-thinking vision and its deep-rooted values in craftsmanship and service.
Purpose-built to support both administrative and operational needs, the facility seamlessly integrates office and warehouse functions into one cohesive design. The first floor houses a dynamic warehouse and logistics hub, while the second floor features thoughtfully designed office spaces that promote collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being.
Architecturally, the building stands as a testament to innovation in construction. Clean lines, durable materials, and energy-efficient systems reflect a commitment to sustainability and smart growth. Large windows and open spaces allow for abundant natural light, while the modern façade strikes a balance between bold presence and professional elegance.
Rich’s design responded to this challenge with a comprehensive exterior architectural concept that integrated seamlessly into its surroundings. The facility’s massing, façade articulation, and material selections were strategically developed to reduce visual impact while reflecting the facility’s high-performance operational mission.
The project included the design and development of a 125,000 square-foot state-of-the-art processing facility, complete with administrative offices to support daily operations. Additionally, a 5,400 square-foot Household Hazardous Waste Facility (HHWF) was constructed in collaboration with Los Angeles County, expanding the site’s capacity to handle a diverse range of waste streams.
