Tazwell Ventures

The new 18,000-square-foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) for
Tazewell Ventures represents a strategic investment in infrastructure
designed to support the company’s continued growth, operational
efficiency, and long-term flexibility.
At the core of the facility is a 10,300-square-foot open-plan ware
house designed for optimal storage, inventory management, and
equipment handling. The space features a high-clearance ceiling
to accommodate a custom racking system, maximizing vertical
storage capacity while maintaining clear, navigable aisles for fork
lifts and logistics operations. The structural grid and column layout
were carefully coordinated to allow for flexible reconfiguration as
business needs evolve.
Adjacent to the warehouse, is a 2,500-square-foot office area which
includes a central reception area, offices, open workstations, con
ference and meeting rooms, a break area, and restrooms.
Above the office portion, a 3,000-square-foot mezzanine level adds
valuable programmable space without expanding the building
footprint.
