The scope of the project encompassed comprehensive interior alterations, including reimagined lobby and communal areas, enhanced circulation flow, and fully redesigned guest rooms. Each space was carefully curated to balance comfort with a contemporary sensibility, offering guests a warm, welcoming atmosphere layered with clean lines, rich textures, and refined material selections.

This project represents a meaningful upgrade to the Fairfield Inn experience—modernizing the space while maintaining the brand’s approachable, reliable identity. The renovation underscores RH+ARCH’s commitment to creating spaces that are not only visually impactful but also operationally efficient and guest-centric.
