The design embraces a modern yet contextual aesthetic, with a key feature of the ADU is its open loft space, which sits above the main living area and offers flexible use as a sleeping loft, home office, or creative studio. This vertical strategy not only adds functional square footage but also enhances the sense of openness within the compact layout.

Careful attention was paid to natural light and cross-ventilation, with strategically placed windows and clerestories that invite sunlight while maintaining privacy.
